Most "repair" shops for gaming consoles do one thing: factory reset the console and hope the problem goes away. We do actual component-level diagnostics — checking thermal paste, HDMI port pins, disc drive laser alignment, and power supply rail voltages. If the problem is hardware, we fix it properly.
Our technicians work on PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One (all variants), Nintendo Switch, and Switch Lite. For PS5 and Xbox Series X/S HDMI port failures, we're one of the few shops in Pierce County that performs the micro-soldering required — a skill most shops outsource or decline entirely.
